Illness/Sickness: Gills are bloody/white! Help!

I ALWAYS check on my babies and just 10 minutes ago I noticed my Leucistic named Kurby was swimming around franticly and running into the tank wall, swimming up and down, and then just stopping. It keeps doing that randomly so I took a closer look and noticed the right sided gills are only half there! I do have another named Toothless, so i thought that maybe it bit them off but it's all half of all three! the top one has some red on it almost like blood while they all have this white on the wounds. I can tell Kurby is in pain I just don't know what to do :'( If someone could help that'd be amazing! I'm freaking out here!

What are your parameters? It sounds like ammonia burn. Do a complete water change. Is the white section fluffy or flakey?

It would really help to upload photos.
