Looked in and saw a few eggs strands in tank today. I was reading about temps and it said eggs shouldn't be raised in cold water. The tank temp is still low around 60 degrees F. I took them out and put them in a gallon pitcher. I used the same water that was in the tank and moved them upstairs. Any suggestions ... ? on what i should do next..

Congrats on the breeding. By the usual newt standards, 60F is not "cold". That temp should be fine. Have you read the CC article on raising eggs? You should be planning live food for the hatchlings.

yes I read the article it sounds like all the fun starts after they hatch...I am working on getting some live daphina. Been wanting to get some for my fish so I know I have a reason to get some..
