Hey all, I have a quick question about aquascaping my new CFBN tank. I used 'great stuff' over plant holders and some PVC pipes to great natural hides and caves, which I then covered in 100% silicone sealant and pressed in a layer of sand. The tank is now curing, and the first steps look pretty great (for my first try lol). The bottoms of each cave and the tank itself will then be filled with more sand, and an assortment of plants and mosses, slate and driftwood added. My question is this- I'm worried if I missed a few small hard to reach places with the silicone that the greats stuff may leach into or foul the water quality; I also realize this could purely be paranoia on my part as the product has a long history of use in vivarium construction, and likely wouldn't be the case if it posed problems to any caudates. Will there be any problems (besides possible shrinkage due to water exposed)? Or can I breath easy even if a tiny patch or two escape my reach?
