I have a really bad problem with my grren water, it's about a week old and when I went to use it today I noticed a lot of little things swimming around in it. They're really small and completely white and I have no clue what they are. I don't know if I should get rid of the water. I dont think there was any shrimp or water flea eggs in the container when I put the water in but they don't look like either one. Any help would be great and thank you.

Thank you, they look like the ostracods.

with axolotls would I basically have to keep buying and buying new axolotls to prevent inbred breeding which costs a lot of money??

Not necessarily but if you’re wanting to continue to grow your breeding capacity then yes. Breeding axolotls isn’t a cheap hobby nor is it a get rich quick scheme. It costs a lot of money and time and deditcation

Would Chinese fire belly newts be more or less inclined towards an aquatic eft set up versus Japanese . I'm raising them and have abandoned the terrarium at about 5 months old and switched to the aquatic setups you describe. I'm wondering if I could do this as soon as they morph?
