Hi guys, I have a bit of a problem. Every single time I change the water of my axolotls tank, it ends up with a slight green and noticeable tint after just 3-4 days. The tank gets a few hours of indirect natural lighting and parameters are fine. Could it be too much sunlight? It's not super green, the tank is not cloudy, so idk if I should be concerned. Any advice?

provided the green water is under control with water changes your axolotl shouldn't be effected although make sure that the water has good oxygenation to reduce any surface gulping.

Best way to resolve green water is with a uv filter. You can buy a cheap uv in tank filter online. Use it for a few days. Then once the problem is resolved, store it dry until needed again.

If the green water comes back it's certain your tank is getting too much light whether it's from a window or from an aquarium light.
