Hello, All!
I am a newt/salamander collector and enthusiast from Colorado.
I got into the hobby a few years ago with a handful of rescued tiger salamanders. From there, I have slowly accumulated a variety of others. this is my collection as it stands today:
Tiger salamanders (Ambystoma tigrinum)
Axolotls (Ambystome mexicanum)
Rough-Skin Newts (Taricha granulosa)
Ensatina Salamanders (Ensatina eschscholtzii)
Iberian Ribbed Newts (Pleurodeles waltl)
Chinese Firebelly Newts (Cynops orientalis)
Red-Cheek Salamanders (Plethodon jordani)
and in the process of, hopefully, acquiring Cave Salamanders (Eurycea lucifuga)
I love the wide variety and cute personalities these creatures bring into my home!
