Hello everyone my name is Ronto Roney I currently own 3 Japanese firebelly newts I'm looking to start up a new terrestrial Tank not sure which species to get any good suggestions? Also live in New Jersey so if anyone knows of a good breeder of newts or salamanders please let me kno I'm done buying from pet stores their set ups run on no filters and have 10 newts to a 2 1/2 gallon tank...Can't wait to meet new people I am very interested in learning more about these wonderful creatures.

Clareclare:Would Chinese fire belly newts be more or less inclined towards an aquatic eft set up versus Japanese . I'm raising them and have abandoned the terrarium at about 5 months old and switched to the aquatic setups you describe. I'm wondering if I could do this as soon as they morph?+1
