Hi everyone,
I've been visiting this site for several years now, but just now decided to become a member.
I have three fire bellied newts right now in a 30 gallon vivarium...about half water, built up land area with petrified wood, slate, java moss and a small waterfall/filter/chiller.
Two of my newts I've had for 10+ years, so I'm not a beginner by any means but I'm actually somewhat ignorent to the science behind keeping newts.
I'm interested in increasing my newt family to 4 or 5 total in the near future, hopefully someday getting a significantly larger aquarium where I will be able to house many newts in a truly unique world.
I intend to post some pictures of my current set up in the near future, but until then all the best, Jon
