Four days ago I found a fungus on my axie, so I started with salt baths. But yesterday, while I was moving my axie into her tank for the bath, she felt down, blessing herself, I caught her immediately and I put her into the water with salt, but she was bleeding... A terrible moment :( now she's back in her tank and she doesn't move herself.
I put Indian almond bark hoping it will help my axie. What should I do? I have to stop the salt bath and use only the bark?

Fungus should clear up by making sure the water quality is right.

Do you test your water for Ammonia, Nitrite, and Nitrates?

Keep your Axolotl in a separate tub in cool clean dechlorinated water and change the water everyday.

Hopefully your Axolotl hasn't suffered any internal damage, you may want to consult a vet just in case. It may just take time to heal.

Can you post some images?

Salt baths are not needed if the fungus is minor.

Yes i test my water and I have just a few nitrates, two days ago they were at 15.

She seems okay, good healthy gills, as I said hopefully there is no internal injury.

If your tank has 0 Ammonia and 0 Nitrites and showing Nitrates that shows the biological filter is active so your Ammonia and Nitrites are being converted into Nitrates.

Perhaps your Axolotl will be okay in the tank.

What is the temperature of your water?

21 Celsius

She is full of fungus, I'm very scared, she hasn't eat since Saturday.. do you think that water change and IAL in water are enough?

The water temp is alittle on the high side, ideal temp is 16-18 degrees. The cooler the water the more healing is promoted

Move your Axolotl into a separate tub of cool dechlorinated water, change the water 100% everyday

Ok thank you very much. So you think that she's not really in danger? Using your advices everything will be good, I don't have to be worried...

If you read the thread in the general axolotl discussion thread entitled "fungus" it may help.
