Help,poorly axies,fungus maybe?

Hi there,

Last night all 3 axies wasnt interested in feeding and noticed that there gills dont seem as feathery and 2 seem to have white cotton wool on thier gills. Why has this happened and what treatment do i need to do thanks dan
