Help sick axololt

help please, my axolotl of two years isn't eating like normal, she takes the food and then spits it out. she also seems to have gotten bloated and has a mysterious lump one the side of her stomach. her gills look healthy and I none of the other oxys are sick. what should I do???

* filtration
* is your tank cycled?
* how big
*parameters
second, some photos are a must.

It sounds like impaction but photos would help on confirmation. As said, what substrate is she on?
