Dr said no fungus has grown on the culture but hasn't ruled out fungus. He said some fungus is harder to culture and grow than others.
Asked if antibiotics are a solution and he said not yet. Due to them being so sensitive, he wants to avoid meds unless absolutely necessary. Here is an updated picture of QuattroPac-O, his scab (? I am still thinking its a scab?) is coming off, so is Pac-O's.

UPDATE: The Pac-Os are all doing very well! Scabs are completely off, they've been back in their tank for awhile now, and are eating very well. They have all gained their little personalities back, swimming up and following my fingers everywhere. QuattroPac-O sucked on my finger when I was cleaning the tank - they each ate almost a whole earthworm that had been cut into smaller pieces. The spots there the scabs were has been healing well, QuattroPac-O's is the same color as the rest of his skin and his "ridge" (not sure what they're called) down his back is looking/growing great; Pac-O's spot also looks great. Since The Third Pac-O passed away due to all the trauma, we now have: The Baby Pac-O! He/she/it is wild type, but has the neon gene so he's a little brighter and roughly 6-7" long. Got from the same breeder as my others. 2Pac-O had a tantrum for a short while after the bay-beh was added but they're all good today! Thanks so much everyone for ALL of your help!!!!
