Hi,
I have a newt that has white fuzz on his leg, it goes to his upper arm. The fuzz has a milky white color. I have put him into a separate bowl to protect the other newts. I think that it may be some sort of "ick". What sort of action should i take?
Thanks

mike-call me if you need to my home# is on the web if you do a google search with my full name in quotes(as fencing team president its posted) it seems that it has been injured that fuzz is from a secondary infection probably-i am not sure what over the counter meds to use now days-i use batryl, but when i had none the best route for me(and i know im gonna get chewed over this)was amputation-cut off the bad limb stop the spread, i dont recommend this esp. as it is so small. i hope some other can offer up some OTC med solutions that will be easy for you. but call me anyways.
