I got 8 bombina young they have been with me for four months. All were well and healthy but 2 of them suddenly stopped eating. They are apathetic and seem paralyzed with his head down. So I noticed, I have separated them. I've tried them with medical gentamicin drops dripping on their dorsal parts and also with baths antifungal itraconazole. makes about 1 week and they do not die and not recover. This morning I found a bombina which until yesterday was well, dead in the community tank. If anyone has any information to help me, I thank you. I have other amphibians (axolotls, and galipatos Triturus cristata, and Dendrobates tinctorios). The Dendrobates eats the same as bombina and are healthy. Therefore, I rule out problems with feeding. See the photos attached
thank you friends!

with axolotls would I basically have to keep buying and buying new axolotls to prevent inbred breeding which costs a lot of money??

Not necessarily but if you’re wanting to continue to grow your breeding capacity then yes. Breeding axolotls isn’t a cheap hobby nor is it a get rich quick scheme. It costs a lot of money and time and deditcation

Would Chinese fire belly newts be more or less inclined towards an aquatic eft set up versus Japanese . I'm raising them and have abandoned the terrarium at about 5 months old and switched to the aquatic setups you describe. I'm wondering if I could do this as soon as they morph?
