Hello everyone! I just wrote my first post about our new Eastern Newt eft, Mikey, who wandered into our house in New Hampshire a couple of months ago. My fiancee and I are obsessive reptile lovers, so we sprung one of our 10 gallon tanks into action and Mikey's been doing great. I'm now super-excited about the New England Reptile Expo this fall, which we go to twice a year, but this time I'll be approaching the show with a new interest in the amphibians.
In addition to Mikey, we have Squirrel the bearded dragon, Freud (pronounced 'Frood,' as in Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure) the ball python, cats Socrates (pronounced
Sew-crates for the same reasons) and Bodeanie (formerly Meanie-Bodeanie), and our two dogs Ginger and Bonny. We just got a 70 gallon bow front tank from a friend, so any suggestions on what to put into it at the show would be appreciated.
It's nice to see this forum and so many people actively discussing caudatas. Thanks to the people who run the site too--it's very nice!
