Hello everybody!
I am writing to you from Spain. I have to get very good advice before buying newts because I only see a few species in national online shops, which makes me assume that there are sales and import restrictions.
Right now I am building a small aquarium which I hope will be useful to house a small newt and teach this beautiful world to my little son.
I already had newts some time ago but I had to donate them to another newt geek like me because of a change of address (the temperatures were not suitable in the new region). Now I am living in a cold place again and I hope it will be forever. I remember that hibernation took place in summer unlike in other places and that I was about to have hatchlings but due to inexperience I left the eggs within reach of the adults and in one day they ate them all. Anyway, I hope to learn a lot from all of you and contribute what I can to this unique forum.
Please excuse this writer if you see any spelling mistakes, I use an online translator.
