Thaught it was time to find some others to get advice from about where to get food for our 5 axolotls as im having trouble finding soft salmon pellets. Also any suggestions re varied combination of foods that we can give our axolotls. Can we feed them vegetables if so wat ones can we give them.

No to vegetables.

You can feed them earthworms, slugs, slaters (as long as the garden you get them from doesn't use garden pesticides). You should be able to get the earthworms from a bait shop or order them online (from memory there's one in the UK called Worms direct that will ship them to your door). They'll also eat frozen bloodworm cube. Avoid feeding feeder fish and freeze dried cubes (ie tubifex cubes) that float.
