Illness/Sickness: Hi I need help,advice please

Hi I'm finally back on for 5mins I've never stopped since I got in from work I've gave her tank a good clean and done a large water change, had her in the fridge for a couple of hours made a twin fan to try and cool the water done they work but I'm not happy to leave then on a timer when I'm not home so I'm going to order these tomorrow
Look at this on eBay:

I also got her to eat a small/medium uearthworm she had a bit of a job with it after me hand feeding her bloodworm for years but hopefully she'll take to eating them better day by day.

Now auntie Jude thanks for the detailed reply that helps I have not tryed melafix but I'm willing to try it that's for sure but I've just looked it up and there seems to be different melafix's??
witch one is it you would recomend??
I'm not sure what indian almond leaves are but ill google them in a min,
I don't think she's coming to the end well I hope not as she's still strong and still feeding well normally on 3cubes of bloodworm a day but I'm try to change that to earthworms now.
It's going to be Thursday or Friday when I hopefully speak to the vet so untill then I'm just trying my best to help her.
Thanks everyone any more advice is great

I have only found one Melafix (API brand) for freshwater aquarium use - it's a natural remedy related to the tea tree.

Indian almond leaves are readily available on the internet if your LFS doesn't have them.

I hope I've misunderstood your post, but you're not pulling her in and out of the fridge are you? I'm not sure why she's even in the fridge - I thought you were going to use fans to bring the temperature down and she's certainly not at death's door waiting for her vet's appointment. So what exactly is the reason she's in the fridge? Once she's in there, she should stay in there for about a week - putting her in and out is stressful because of the temperature changes - she needs to be gradually brought back to tank temperature when she is finally taken out of the fridge. While she is in the fridge, in a tub of fresh dechlorinated water, she needs daily 100% water changes with dechlorinated water you've stored in the fridge with her so it's the same temperature as her tub water. Cover her tub with a tea towel or disable the fridge light so the light going on when the door opens doesn't disturb her. Also, be certain the temperature where she is in the fridge doesn't drop below 5 degrees - use a thermometer in a glass of water - because most fridges have cold spots (mine will freeze things in several locations, usually at the back, low down, is coldest). And check the Fridging sticky for a horror story about a digital fridge that reset itself after a brief power failure and froze someone's axie into a block of ice.

Hi I only had her in there for a couple of hours while I was busy with her tank, I did not no they we're meant to stay in for that long as I watched a few vids and people did not but them in for long, I had turned the fridge down so it wasn't that cold and when I put her back in her tank the waters we're the same temp and I did have the fans on for a while but I was unsure if they were safe to leave over night so I've ordered new ones today. Before I left for work I put a 2L bottle of frozen water in her tank to try and keep it cool but I'm not home till 6:30pm so I'll see how she is when I get home,
After she was in the fridge/and cleaned the tank she was eating ok and ate this morning aswell plus she wasn't floating.

Ok antiejude I'm going to try and get some today if I can thanks

Unless you're putting her in the fridge for at least a few days, and certainly if you are just busy with the tank for a few hours, it is better to put her into a cool tub of dechlorinated water, covered, and put it in a cool, quiet place. Do not stress her by moving her in and out of the fridge.
If you are just doing routine water changes, she can be left in the tank.
