first of all...a good evening to all.
then hats of to the owner and the moderator of this website/forum for keeping it up to date.
let me introduce myself. i am indrasish sengupta. a scholar working on regeneration in the axolotl.
i have just started my work. so i can not tell anything about the progress right now.
i have axo's of 6-8 months age. they are yet to mature sexually.


well i am an indian. but being a student of science its better to be a global citizen.

It is nice to meet someone with a scientific interest in axolotls. Also nice to meet someone from your corner of the world! As you wrote, it is better to be a global citizen.

    Not necessarily but if you’re wanting to continue to grow your breeding capacity then yes. Breeding axolotls isn’t a cheap hobby nor is it a get rich quick scheme. It costs a lot of money and time and deditcation

    Would Chinese fire belly newts be more or less inclined towards an aquatic eft set up versus Japanese . I'm raising them and have abandoned the terrarium at about 5 months old and switched to the aquatic setups you describe. I'm wondering if I could do this as soon as they morph?
