I have two axolotols that are both around 6 inches or so and I feed them 1/2 a cube or 1 cube each of blood worms or krill. They always eat all of it but I'm not really sure how to know if I am over or under feeding. Does that seem about right?

The easiest way to tell if your Axolotls look healthy and fed is to check if the middle of their bodies are as wide as their heads, this is typically the best way to ensure they are fed and of a healthy size.

You could easily feed them 2 blood worm cubes a day, wouldn't bother with Krill so much as its not that nutritious. You want to start looking at feeding them pellets or earth worms now they are getting bigger then they will get more nutrition to benefit health and growth.
