How do you transit from aquatic to terrestrial or other way around

How do you transit from aquatic to terrestrial or other way around? I obtained some crocatus kept in aquatic. I am thinking to keep them in terrestrial. Provide water and land in the cage, then gradually transit from one to another? Or I can do it immediately?

yes, but they will be shy for a while. offer a moisture gradient and a shallow water dish
