How many fire-bellys in a 55 gallon tank...

I am about to start cycling my 55 gallon tank.. how many C. fire-bellys do you think I could fit in the tank so that they are comfortable. I dont want to just jam as many in there as possible. I was thinking 8 to 10. Let me know what you think.

i would thinking 8 to 10 would me fine.

I agree, that number would be fine, assuming you are not planning on any other animals. I wouldn't go over 10.

I have a 56 gallon tank and 9 firebellies. I don't plan on getting anymore because they look comfortable. I would agree not to go over 10 because you don't want them hanging out on top of each other.
