Easiest thing to do is put a dab of aquarium silicon on the base of the plant and stick it to the cork. You could also tie it on with a bit of fishing wire but that means drilling the cork slab to pass the wire through.
You can pack some sphagnum around the base when you tie it on, but if there is enough humidity or moisture this isn't necessary as the bromeliad will grow onto the wood and provide its own holdfasts.
