Photo: I can't tell if she's sick or if this is normal! HELP

My baby is about 2.5 years old now (I think), and when she reached maturity I knew her toes would turn black. They did a while ago. But, now the bottoms of her back feet turned black, and I don't know if that means she's sick? Basically, help!!!
