I got a larva in my Aqurium

Hi
I got a problem i have larva type of worms in my Tank
i dnt knw from where thy are comeing.
but i am afraid it wont hurt or make my fish sick.
I have one Pleco.

They probably will not hurt your fish, but may indicate a need for a little more cleaning (or less feeding).
