But It's better to be safe than sorry.

My lecustic, smiley, has some black stuff around her (slightly swollen) cloaca. I only noticed it today so I'm not sure what it is, all I know is she's eating and swimming normally.

And my new axies. One's going to his forever home tomorrow, the other is pooping weird, like all thin and greeney-black? it looks like goldfish poop. I only got him today so I don't know his previous diet but his old substrate was jagged gravel :( his brother's eating well though.

Please excuse the **** photo quality of Smiley, she's not that pink in person. I'll try and get a better pic later.

Water for both is good, the juvie is in a temporary tank with 50% daily water changes (and all fresh water today so everything's at 0) and Smiley's in my cycled 3ft tank (all 0 except Nitrate 10ppm and Ph is 7)

Like I said, I might just be getting paranoid, I've had a rough week, but I'd rather you guys tell me to stop worrying :)

I'm worrying more now. The little wild type's gills are curling forward a bit. And his brother just ate in the strangest way, like he choked on the pellet. His whole body spasmed backwards :(

Im afraid i cant help you much, but that stuff on his butt may just wipe off, if it doesnt then youd need someone with more expertise in sick axies :(
