I need advice on a baby axie about salt bath

Would salt bath be okay for a very small axie? Around 1-1.5 inches. I think i see fungus on its body cos he got scratched up on its side. I'm keeping on water change everyday but I think I need to do salt bath but I dont know if it'll be safe on its tiny little self!

Have you got any pictures of the wound and fungus?

If it's very small it might be worth trying a milder treatment like tea bath or floating and Indian Almond Leaf in the water.

Try the Indian almond leaves first. In my limited experience, I would say a lotl that tiny should not be given a salt bath unless it's virtually at death's door with a fungal infection.
