I noticed two days ago that my axolotl had a white dot by his mouth it doesn't seem to bothering him and he's still eating well I'm just worried.
 
Post a pic if you can so we can see
 
If it is just white dot it might be normal pigment. If it is fuzzy or red their might be a problem.
