I think she is sick

I have noticed a lump on my axolotl, any ideas what it would be? She seems to spending all her time at the top of the tank and she's off her food. I've put aquarium salt in their tank to see if it helps. Is this ok also?

Helpppp. She has a swollen bum and blood just trickling out. Hasn't ate in days. Don't want her to be suffering?? Plz could someone give some ideas
