Id please

Bought this little guy for 13cents at my local petsmart. They didn't have a clue as to what the id was, but apparently get them in all the time. He is still a froglet, so I'm not sure if he can be identified. Let me know what you think. Oh I live around concord ca, east bay, this guy was purchased in pittsburg/antioch area if that helps thanks. I'm thinking he is either an American toad, Western Toad, or California Toad.

so if anyone wanted to know, it is not a toad at all, but a pacific tree frog.

There's no way that's a pacific treefrog - the body type, eyes and markings do not look right. I think you were on the right track to begin with - a Bufo species.
