Hey again! As if you're not sick enough of this thread yet! I figure it can help out another poor sap like me!
Anyway, so I'm not going to lie, I have not been adding any fish food to my tank for the past few days and decided to last night (oh I also didn't test the water. Long story but I've been working 12 hour shifts since last Wednesday.). So tonight when I got home from work I did, and my levels were the same but my ammonia is at 8 instead of the usual 4. Is this good? Are things happening in there? I so badly want to clean it but i know I can't yet and my filters look disgusting lol.
Also I bought an air stone and a pump for a 20 gallon tank (which I have). Now that it's all up and running I feel like its quite intense. Like if an axolotl were to get close to it, it would shoot them to the top of the tank! (I just died laughing as I typed that. I'm way too tired to be an adult any longer). Any ways, thoughts? Comments? Suggestions? Knock knock jokes??
