Injured Axie

Hi! My two year old axolotl has a little tear on his tail. I'm not sure how to help him. There's a little bit of blood but it's not very bad looking. If there is something I should do please let me know. He's only about 4" long, a runt.

Water Quality Explained: How It Can Affect Your Axolotl's Health - WSAVA 2015 Congress - VIN, feed a varied balanced diet, keep the water cold (as close to 15°c/59°f as possible), the damage should heal fine without the need for intervention although the cause will have to be dealt with.

I have some stuff in his tank that he might've swam into hard so I cleaned his tank and took some of the more dangerous looking ones. I'll check in here again if anything else happens. Thank you!
