Interest in Honey?

Hey all!
I know it's early, but I'm just trying to figure out how much of an interest there is. I'm going to be starting an apiary/beekeeping this next summer. So, i wanted to see if anyone on here would like to sample some of the honey once it's harvested. Yum yum yummy!

I consume a ridiculous amount of honey in the span of a day. But that mostly just goes along with the 5+ cups of black tea I drink a day...

I am also a beekeeper, and by luck have a hive location that produces the most delicious honey. Perhaps I'll merge the two hobbies and feed some honey to an invertebrate that Axolotl will in turn eat. Or feed some drones to an adult tigrinum (I dare not do that with a worker).
