Hey Guys,
I'm Chris Bernal and I am from San Diego, California. I am 16 and I am fascinated in many species of Salamanders and Newts. I have kept only a few but Neurergus Kaiseri and Pleurodeles Waltl are the first two species that I have had the privelege of owning. Out of the many amphibians I've seen the genus Neurergus in my opinion hold my favorite species but in no way does that mean their my only focus. Their are so many beautiful and interesting species out their that I can rant all day about it.Well I guess I will see everyone in the forums!

Not necessarily but if you’re wanting to continue to grow your breeding capacity then yes. Breeding axolotls isn’t a cheap hobby nor is it a get rich quick scheme. It costs a lot of money and time and deditcation

Would Chinese fire belly newts be more or less inclined towards an aquatic eft set up versus Japanese . I'm raising them and have abandoned the terrarium at about 5 months old and switched to the aquatic setups you describe. I'm wondering if I could do this as soon as they morph?
