I have been told that my axie is female but now that it has got bigger its looks like it has a lump in its cloacal area.

It could be a male, though I seem to have a hit and miss with our wildtypes fe/males after our batch of eggs! So, I'll let someone else have a go! :D

I am willing to bet that is a male. Some female's cloaca are larger than normal, but this one's is too large. Just my opinion.

When I got him/her it was about 15cm long and now it is over 20cm. I have had it for just over 5 months. How old would it have been when I got it?

How old would it have been when I bought it?

Unless you know the date of hatching, it could have been between 5 and 16 months old, give or take.

i recon your axi is a male for defenet i have 12 axis 3 adults and 9 3 mouth old babys and yours defently looks like a male.

looks like a male, but saying that, it definitely doesnt have a "great package" as it were.
not the best fathering equipment of an axie, my males cloaca are HUGE!!
