we are trying to help you. To assist you further, you need to follow the advice already offered and do the following.
1. Read the links provided on aquarium cycling. Make sure you understand the process. Feel free to ask questions if there is anything you don't understand
2. Test your parameters using a liquid test kit for ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, PH and temperature
3. you can either do a "fish-in" cycle and do frequent testing and water changes to ensure your axolotl is not exposed to toxic levels of ammonia and nitrite during the cycling process. Or a "fishless" cycle and place your axolotl in a tub of cool, clean, dechlorinated water and change 100% of the water in the tub daily whilst you complete a fishless cycling method. I suggest the fishless method as this way it will be easier to cycle your tank and not expose your axolotl to harmful toxins. You can also monitor the condition better and the fresh clean water will help the healing process.
The first step is to ensure good water quality and rule out issues there to be able to help your axolotl. To do this, you need to follow the steps above.
