Question: Is my Baby Sick!?

I got my 3rd baby Yesterday Hes a 3 month Wild-Type,

I noticed last night there was something tangled on his feet, This morning it disappeared but I checked on him recently and its back, does anyone know what this is?

I don't know how to Upload pictures but its a clear/brown substance

I'm no expert, but one of my Axies is currently recovering from a foot injury, and has developed a similar substance. I believe it's regenerative tissue, but if there was no injury it COULD be fungus. Would be great to see a picture if possible.
