Question: Is my fire salamander enclosure good?

Hello, I will be getting a fire salamander soon and want feedback on the enclosure. I will be adding something to the water dish to make it easier for the salamander to get out.

Also I covered both ends of the moss tube, and covered the front of the half log with enough room for a salamander to get in.
