Is that a gravel in his stomach ?

Is that darker ring a gravel? His looking quite sad and he doesent want to eat

The dark area behind the leg looks like it may be the liver.

Your axolotl's stomach area does look rather large, and this does concern me. I am not sure however if this is down to ingested gravel.
Gravel like this is quite likely to be consumed while your axolotl gulps in food, this in turn could cause impaction. I would strongly advise you to remove it. What do you generally feed your axolotl?

What else do you have in the tank with your axolotl? And what is the temeprature of your tank at the moment? We generally advise that axolotl should only be housed with other axolotl. Have a look through this link :- Axolotls - Housing in Captivity

Temperature has increased near 20 c° but i will lower it to 17c°. He lives with one ancistrus. And i feed him with frozen worms. Is there anything that i should be worried?

That catfish may potentially kill your axolotl, I have no experience with that particular species but I know plecostamus like to suck axolotl slime, leaving them exposed to fungal and bacterial attack.

I would strongly advise you still to remove the gravel. Or maybe even remove your axolotl into a bare bottomed tank so you can see if it is passing stones.
How often do you feed it too? I am not sure if I am seeing some fluid build up in the stomach area.

Maybe i feed him too often, once a day. Now i havent feed him for a while and after almost a year he started floating.

But still he do not want to eat and he is quite lazy. His floating was one time thing. And his tale starting to see yellow but maybe it seems like yellow because light?
