Is this fungus?

Hi all. Checked on my axie tonight and noticed white stuff that looks like skin on his back leg. I know there's a lot of threads on here that talk about fungus but most seem to talk about white fungus on the gills. This is the only part of him that's affected. He's never had this before so does anyone with more experience have any ideas?

I have done a 1/3 water change tonight although. I tested the parameters prior to this and all were in order but did a water change anyway to be on the safe side. He is eating as normal, still his usual self. He's never handled so if his slime coating is damaged it must have been maybe hitting his leg off of his log that he uses as a hide.

One thing I would say is I bought an aquatic ornament a little while back to put in the tank. It was designed for tanks but I noticed some discolouration on the ornament so removed it in case it was causing problems with the water quality. Since removing the ornament I've done two water changes and my axie has been fine up until tonight.

Water temp is 19c, ph is 6.5, ammonia is 0, nitrite 0 and nitrate is close to 5 on the colour chart. I use liquid test kits.

That picture is not clear enough for a proper diagnosis, but it doesn't look like fungus.

Could be peeling skin, parasitic worm, slime coat scrape or something else.

Thanks, it's as clear as I can get it. My camera loses focus before I can get a good photo. I think it's most likely a scrape as I've never seen a worm in the tank.
