Is this gill curling or just how they hold their gills?

I am still new to my axolotls and in my research read to watch out for gill curling. I noticed two of my three little guys have a bit of 'cupping' to their gills but I am sure that it is just the way they hold them as the other doesnt seem to do it. I keep the water clean, cold, and levels monitored so I am not really worried I just wanted an opinion from those that are experienced to make sure I am not missing a possible warning sign.
They are all eating and pooping fine, and showing no signs of stress (Scratching or shaking their gills). All of their gills also look frilly and healthy.

Several of mine hold their gills the same way, most of the time... like when at rest and just chill'in. Like yours, mine that do that seem to have extra long gills. As long as you are sure the water tests fine, I would not give it a second thought.
Nice looking axies!

Looks normal to me - curled gills are more curled than that, usually right over their eyes.

As Auntie Jude says, that looks perfectly normal to me. And your axies have the most beautiful full, feathery gills. They are SO very cute. You must be very proud of your little ones. Obviously a concerned, overly anxious parent? Aren't we all?
