Is this green fungus on her head?

I've just rescued another Axi, she's got a bitten tail, possible heat stress and almost no gills but she still seems to be active. My question Is, are the green marks on her face and gill natural or fungus? They're bright green if you can't see in the picture and look sort of "fuzzy" but not "fluffy" like white fungus would.

if they are a melanistic (no reflective ring in eye) then that is probably fungus, if they are actually a super dark wild type it could maybe be pigment but im leaning towards fungus based on those pics.

Thank you for the reply, it's much appreciated! I'm thinking it might be natural markings now, as she does seem to have some pigmentation and she has bright blue eyes (I think with the reflective ring), so I don't think she can be melanistic? Here's a clearer photo if that helps.
