Is this normal??

So my girl freckles (wild type) has always had this yellowish/white bump on her lip. here recently my boys have developed white spots on them. no fuzz or anything like that- just looks like lil white spots.their fills are full and healthy, water parameters are normal. is this normal discoloration with age or is something else going on? they eat, swim, and moon walk like normal. they act and seem normal and happy. should I be concerned? thanks!

If the reflect when you shine a light onto it, they are natural coloring called iridophores. If they're white and cloudy it could be a slime coat problem. The pictures aren't the best quality so I hope that helps

Looks like a slime coat issue to me - although as Hayley said those photos aren't clear enough to see properly.

What are your water parameters?
What do you feed your axies?
How old and how big are your axies?
Have you had a close look to see if the white patches are part of the skin colour or whether they brush off?

yea my phone isn't very good for pics. they are reflective and there is no cloudy or fuzziness to them so that's a relief thanks!
