I have a small bullfrog that has recently developed a slight redness to its skin that I noticed during a recent water change. I am worried this might be red leg. I don't know how to identify the disease as the only photos I could find were from its advanced stages on african frogs.

Here are the images taken during the recent aquarium cleanup/waterchange. The last 3 are similar and are of varying qualities.

Any further pictures needed to make a diagnosis, please let me know.

It doesn't look like red leg to me. Red leg is a deeper color of red, like the skin has been rubbed raw, and usually occurs on the hind legs, and is almost always caused by bacteria build-up in a poorly maintenenced enclosure. Another tail-tail sign of red leg is a change in your amphibian's activity level. If it's suddenly acting lethargic and not receptive to eating, then something's wrong. If your frog is just as active as it's always been, then I doubt you have anything to worry about.

Thanks for posting. Like I said, I couldn't really tell. Better to be safe than sorry. Still, I am concerned, since it seems that a reddening of the legs is probably a bad sign in anycase. Does anyone know what might cause this in frogs if it is normal, or what else it might be if it is not?
