Hi, I'm a bit panicked. Like 20 minutes ago Thea leapt from her tank to land on a wood floor. It's a 5 foot drop. I was cleaning when she got spooked and jumped out. I tried to catch her but it happen so fast and she was so slippery and wiggly. I immediately put her back within moments. She broke at least one gill. Her limbs and tail are fine. I'm worried about internal damage. Although after I put her back in she seemed dazed for a moment then started eating her blackworms. I covered her tank to avoid any stress added by outside movement or lights. She's moving fine, her tail isn't curled, her gills aren't upturned and she's alert.
Is there anything else I can do, aside from seeing how she is in the morning? What warning signs should I look for?
