Just a Quick Little Check In

My axie has been acting a bit strange as of late. We just moved him into a new tank (I'm a student and we had to transport him), and since we have moved him, he's been really active. Which I wouldn't say was weird on a normal basis, but, long story short, a few months ago my sister scared him really bad and since the scare he just kind of sat in his favorite little log all day. I got him to be a little more social since then, but he is running back and forth against the glass and climbing around on everything (but like i said, thats how he was before). At any rate, he hasnt eaten an earthworm in almost two weeeks, and they're his favorite. He'll eat some blood worms, but not with as much enthusiasm as he did before. Is he still adjusting to the move, or he just extremely happy? I have no idea.

I tested my water parametters too; pH was about 7.6, ammonia was around 1ppm (Which is admittedly a litttle high, but i have never been able to get it below that the whole year that i've had him), nitrite was 0ppm, and nitrate was also 0ppm (But i think i need to redo that one).

Sounds like your tank isn't cycled, so it's likely your axie is distressed due to water quality. You need to do daily water changes to keep the ammonia and nitrite down to under 0.5ppm.
