I recently bought a juvenile golden albino from a breeder and noticed about a week after getting him/her that it only has one eye. Being that it is so small it wasn't very noticeable at first, however now that it has grown a tad I haven taken a few pictures (looking from the front the left eye is the one in question) . I'm not certain if the eye is underdeveloped or if it was damaged and is in the process of healing but I suppose only time will tell. Thought it was interesting and wanted to share. Also I'm curious if anyone else has had experiences with axies losing an eye or having an underdeveloped one and whether or not it repaired itself.
