Illness/Sickness: Juvenile wont eat!

I don't know if he has pooped. Because there are two of them- and i never really SEE either of them go- it's hard to know which one went and which didnt, but I do see poop on the bottom every day. I didn't get a chance to check on them today (woke up late, was almost late for school ?) but plan to when I get home.
What are signs that they are stressed? They always have their gills up, like how a dogs ears will go up when it's on alert, and somebody had said that means they are stressed out?

Gills forward is a sign of stress, the fluffy/feathery bits, rather than the stalks. A curved tail, just at the end, is also a sign.
Axolotls - Health & Diseases
If the water parameters are good and your axolotl is eating and not showing any signs of distress then things are probably ok. Keep a close eye on things and keep us posted.

I'm not sure what gills forward means =( they both have their gills UP, and curled forward a little. Is what what you mean? It's like your profile picture, or if mine shows up (it dosnt for me) that's how they always are. I did a big water change yesterday, parameters are still Good and they ate like little piggies, and I know for a fade both of them pooped, because I had to put them in two large buckets as I cleaned the tank, cause they both where trying to bite at the auction thing -.- better safe than sorry..

Huh. Just found out some of the fish-meds I own are safe for amphibians, according to the health thing. Good to know!

Gills up is not a problem. That is quite normal. The little fella in my profile pic is currently climbing on and off a log, begging against the glass and generally indicating that he is waiting for breakfast. If you look at the picture in the link you can see that some of the feathery bits (rather than stalk) are forward Axolotls - Health & Diseases
It's great to know that your water parameters are good and both your axolotls have eaten well, and pooped. It sounds as if they are generally feeling pretty good about life.

Ugh..I don't think keeping axies is for me, at this point.. :(

The Lucy, who previously ate like a little pig and was always extremely active, is pale and listless. His gills used to be dark pink, and now they're almost the same color as his body. It's...frightening, really.

I managed to get bloodworms, so that's good. I'm about to feed them, here's to hoping they perk up with food?...

Well his color came back when he started eating, so I don't know what it was. He's back to his Normal, semi-aggressive self though..

Do they look fat, thin or okay?

Forgot to add the pic..

The general rule is that the stomach should be roughly the same width as the head. The picture from above shows that they are a healthy size, and not thin.
As for your leucistics gills going pale, that is perfectly normal as well. It is all to do with blood flow. The gills go pale when they are relaxed and not moving. They go darker when feeding because nothing gets the blood pumping in an axolotl quite like food (well almost nothing).
It sounds as if everything is fine. Keep monitoring your water parameters and try to get them feeding mainly on earthworms, with other items for a bit of variety in the diet, and they will be ok.

Omg my poor Goldie. The Lucy bit his entire leg. He's still moving it so I guess nothing's broken, but still.. ._. Usually they can climb on each other and there's no aggression, I had my hand in the tank moving some decor around and the Goldie swam in and sat on my hand, then the Lucy shoots up and takes the poor guys entire leg into his mouth! Now he's chasing the poor thing =<
His leg is red around the little joints >~<

On the upside, they're both extremely active right now, zipping around the tank. It's so cute!!

So, the leucistic didn't bite the leg off, just took it into his mouth?
This is one of those things where you have to keep a close eye on both of them. The leucy probably associates your hand with food, your goldie was sitting in your hand with his leg dangling over the side, therefore it was food. Just be careful in situations like this to make sure that they can't damage each other.
I would suggest that you monitor your goldie to make sure that there is no damage or infection, but there is a strong possibility that everything is fine. Let us know if anything changes.
Did you get those luggage straps to secure your tank? Is everything ok in the tank in general?

The redness is gone, though he isn't moving it as much.

Well I can only hope they're okay. I've only ever owned or cared for goldfish, betas and guppies before these two. Oh, and snails, but uh...the betta recently became bloodthirsty and killed two mystery snails and six Ramshorns.. Had the unpleasant expedience of watching one of the poor things die.

My guppies are doing good though lol. Guess they aren't called the million fish for nothing. Started with three meijer guppies, now I have 8 and the original three died. Probably because I named them XD everything I name dies!

These little guys are absolutely adorable. And friendly ^_^

My grandmother likes them too, though she keeps saying she's afraid they'll crawl out of the tank one day XD

I only started keeping fish in October 2015. I got my first axolotls at the end of February/beginning of March this year. Us new starters are all in the same boat, which is why we come here, to take full advantage of the knowledge of the more experienced keepers.
I'm the same with my fish. I spent months as a guest on a fish forum for research, and have found them all amazingly helpful since I've joined them.

Yeah I was a contributor and a helper on two forums for fish, I got banned from one because somebody insulted me and I defended myself, then banned f rim the other because an admin didn't like me.

I've been keeping an eye on this for a while now but it dosnt seem to be getting any better, the tops of the Goldie's 'stalks' as they had been called, are very pale and seem to be missing the fluffy bits..

What's causing this?

Have you tested your water parameters recently? Sometimes it can be an ammonia problem. I know the other one isn't like that, but your goldie may be more susceptible to these sorts of things that your leucistic.

Just tested.
0 ammonia
0 nitrite
40 nitrate
pH of 8.2 (as usual)

The nitrate is a bit high.. Could that be it?
