Kweichows are looking good....strangely familiar! I have a bunch of larvae again from these at the moment

Those are some nice looking newts.

Thanks James! Andy, I do believe these kweis were from you originally!

Yes Louise, they do originate from me....i got a thing for tylos!
I'm excited to say that i'm seeing some breeding activity from my T.Wenxianensis. I over wintered them and have just given them water...straight away males are tail waving, getting in amplexus and dropping spermatophores....if i could breed these i'd be a happy man as no one has ever bred them. All that said though, the females are not quite as keen as the males but we'll see. Also im about to put my Taliangensis into a breeding tank as they are looking ready too.....keep your fingers crossed.

That's fantastic news, Andy! I'll keep my fingers crossed for you. :)

yea I got my T kweichowensis morphs from rigsby too, lost one due to my own negligence, didn't notice how emaciated he was until it was too late, sad thing, but good to see the rest of the siblings there

lol, you got a memory like a sieve Sam, you got yours from me!

Those are some nice looking animals. You have been raising them well. I'm happy to see CB Tylo's being spread around to fellow enthusiasts. I wish that there was a stronger interest in this genus here in the states however at the same time it's kind of nice having a somewhat exclusive interest. Good luck with the wenxianensis Andy.

I would love to keep Tylototriton, however, in the states they are pretty difficult to acquire and are usually pretty expensive ( For a job-less 15 year-old at least...).
