Lance Fish

Hi all

Has anyone else tried feeding lance fish? It was recommended by a nearby specialist and I must say my circa 5 inch Axolotl appears to go crazy for them!
Bored stiff of bloodworms, he has been taking half or a third of a lance fish instead so I have yet to get him on earthworms! Either way I plan to offer a varied diet anyway, so pleased to have found these.

The only trouble is they pollute the tank badly with bits falling off so I have to feed before water change.

I'd stick with earthworms

I thought the same! But surely not much different to all the folks feeding guppies and white cloud?

I could do with researching a bit more about their natural diet. Always a good guide.
